1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Savorydishstories's ("we", "us", or "our") home organisation services ("Services"). By engaging our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide the following services:
- Home organisation consulting
- In-home decluttering support
- Minimalism workshops
- Moving and storage design
- Online consultations and follow-up
- Corporate and office organisation
3. Booking a Service
When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where false information has been provided.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are those quoted on our website or in a written estimate. Payment may be required in full before a session or invoiced upon completion, as agreed in writing. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 14.6% per annum.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session are fully refunded. Cancellations made 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Force majeure cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws and these Terms
- Not infringe upon the rights of third parties
- Follow the guidance of our advisors during sessions
- Respect our team and not place unreasonable demands upon them
- Respect our intellectual property
7. Our Responsibilities & Liability
We strive to deliver professional, high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to property not caused by our gross negligence
- Re-cluttering after a session as a result of client behaviour
- Losses arising from disposal decisions not recommended by us
- Temporary website downtime or technical failures
- Unauthorised third-party access to our systems
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on our website are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services for any of the following:
- Unlawful purposes
- Fraud or deceptive conduct
- Unauthorised access to our systems
- Harassment or threatening behaviour
- Sending spam or distributing malware
10. Account Security
If you hold an online account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
